Why should they be allowed? They havent followed the laws laid down by the country so why should they have a say in who makes them?
This Euopean Court of Human Rights is pathetic. It needs to take a good look at itself and see who exactly it is helping.
People who have stolen from, raped, murdered, etc innocent hard working law abiding people!
Also why should Europe be in charge of what happens here?
All they have done is turned prison into a holiday camp with TVs, Games Consoles, Sky and better meals than some families get as well as lovely cushy cells.
They broke the law and gave up their human rights especially if they have taken another life - what about the victim of their crimes and their human rights?
